Jeffrey White and Michael Pope founded RTP Computer Services in September of 2001. Michael and Jeff were both working IT jobs in the corporate world and knew first hand the frustration that small businesses encountered when working with IT support companies. The venture was started with work from local small businesses looking for reliable IT support. After a few short months, they began to see results from word of mouth advertising. More local companies began using their services and businesses located outside the area were also now depending on them to provide IT support to their local offices in the Research Triangle Park area.
