Technology Outside Salesperson
This position is for an outside sales person with experience in the technology services industry. This is commission only. You must be able to produce in order to succeed in this position. We are a results-oriented company and are looking for the following type of individual:
Job Summary
Drive sales in IT market. Generate leads, write proposals, close new business, and manage accounts. Sell technology-consulting solutions. Develop relationships with prospects and build strong sales pipeline. Primary point of contact from project/program inception to delivery; provide leadership to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Experience selling technology consulting services.
Verifiable history of sales production and stable job history. Comfortable in a complex selling environment that requires strategic solution selling skills.
Executive presence and image with ability to create equal business stature with C-level executives.
Team player who knows how to close a deal using pre-sales techniques, as well as other internal and external corporate resources.
Must have excellent communication skills, strong self-discipline, and a deep desire to succeed.
Must be dedicated — advancing our client's solutions, advancing your team goals, and advancing your own career in measurable ways.
Must have a strong work ethic. Cold calling, asking probing questions, solution selling and overcoming objections are all part of the job.
Most importantly a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
